After booking I read terrible reviews of headout on tripadvisor so I tried to cancel thinking my pass might not work. However, got an email reminder and the pass worked fine. Perfect tour for those with just a few hours in Paris!

Tickets were the problem I ended up paying more then double due to tickets issued incorrectly. I should have just bought them on the bus. It added a child that I couldn't delete and 48hrs when I wanted 24hrs so never again and then had to down load the head out app and bus driver had to believe me I had the tickets as they took too long to appear
