Good and practical. You should just make it clear that audioguides can be picked up at the entrance, so that you don't end up in the palace with your shoes on and have to cross the park again to look for them. Otherwise no problem. Thank you.

It was a great experience. We confused with our reservation dates but everything was fixed directly by the Headout team. Mr Emir helped us directly. He was in front of the central gate and he was very helpful and friendly with us.Many thanks Emir, you make our tour the best ever. We will trust Headout again

We were a little worried after reading some negative comments about these tours. But we arrived early. I had the ticket on my phone to be scanned. We easily skipped the ticket booth queue. We did not opt for the listening devices because we didn't know where they were kept. We didn't want to fight a crowd in the ticket booth. Besides, I understand you needed your cellphone active for it to work and ours were shut down. Didn't matter because all displays had info in English. The museums, and Bosphorus views were breathtaking. I would recommend to anyone. Lots of perfect photo ops outside. Pictures of any kind not allowed inside. The chickens, rosters, and partridge roaming about were a fun distraction in the gardens.

The Museum is excellent both in terms of content and organization. I consider the ban on photographing the exhibits to be excessive. The vast majority of your visitors will not be able to come back and will probably want to keep some of the exhibits they find most interesting as a memento. I'm having trouble understanding the reason. Anyway, thank you very much for an otherwise very nice experience.

Meet your guide in front of the Dolmabache Clock Tower, and enjoy fast-track entry to the attraction. You will be handed an audio guide to explore the magnificent palace at your own pace! The luxurious interiors are a testament to the opulent and lavish lifestyle of the Ottoman Empire and will most certainly leave you awestruck. You can spend the whole day discovering the beauty of the palace, or just have a quick glance at each of its attractions. Once you have finished exploring the attraction, you may return the audio guide at the exit. If you wish to tour the attraction without the audio guide then pick the available ticket option without the audio guide.

Important Information

Please note that while you cannot enter the Dolmabahce Palace without a representative, your representative takes you to the entrance of the palace, you can visit the palace on your own.
The guided tour is limited to the first 10 to 15 minutes of the tour.
Please note that there is a strict security check before visitors are allowed to enter the meeting point, so it is suggested that you arrive well in time.
To acquire the audio guide guests will be required to deposit proof of identification and a cash fee.
Note that during the winter season (November 1 to March 31), the palace opens around 9am and closes around 4pm.
Dolmabahce Palace is closed on Mondays.
