Our archaeologist Teresa was absolutely awesome. She is very impressive and made our entire Pompeii experience amazing. She covered every aspect and detail of life before the 79 eruption and the uncovering of such a significant site. All of Italy is amazing, but our experience in Pompeii was the pinnacle of our vacation.

Our tour guide was very nice and kept us well informed. The group was not too big with 14 people. The meeting/registration/splitting into the individual groups before the actual tour was well organized, although there was a lot going on at the meeting point.

Our experience with Head out was very good. Our guide, Roberta, was very easy to understand. She was knowledgeable and very well prepared. She kept the group together by role calling a few times throughout. She was also very vigilant at stopping rude people who were trying to push in in lines.
