We jumped the que with head out tickets and where able to access the tower at our designated time. The Tower climb is a must, it is sureal walking up as sometimes you walk into the wall and and other times it feels like you are going down when climbing up. You just have to do it.

The purchase process and handling of the tickets was great. Even if it wasn't necessary, I would have liked a printout for security, which is not possible from the app. Information about the fact that all bags MUST be locked could also have been provided and, above all, could have been included in the app. As it was, it was only a reference to the cloakroom on the ticket, unfortunately so small that it could have been overlooked.

I booked a last minute ticket and can't thank Isabella enough for helping me hurry up with the locker etc so I could walk up and still catch my bus! Walking up the well worn and wonky steps was memorable and the top was terrific! Beware: there are few, if any, 'landings' to rest on, but of course numbers of people are limited and so you can rest anytime. I'm 73 and enjoyed every step! I have to say seeing it in person- while it looks just like pictures- its still quiet awesome to actually be there. 1 Euro to use the toilet but ? 🤷 The train ride is literally 1/3 of a mile so unless you NEED the train, it's a short walk from the parking area. Save your 10 Euro.

WISHED i WOULD HAVE READ YOU NEED A LOCKER AHEAD OF TIME THAT THERE WERE NO BAGS OR PURSES ALLOWED. BUT THE GUARDS WERE NICE & LET US BACK IN AT THE HEAD OF THE LINE TO GET IN ONCE WE PUT OUR BAGS IN THE LOCKER.
