Seamless activation

You will receive your digital pass in your email with a guide providing information about attractions with operating hours, special terms and conditions, security checks, and more.
When you receive an email, you'll find a link to your pass. Clicking this link only opens the pass but you need to activate it for the date you want to use it. Once activated, you can make pre-bookings where necessary. Remember, you can only scan the QR code at attractions after activation.
You can use your pass at the first attraction or tour by simply showing it, you can use the digital pass or carry a printout of it.
Depending on the option selected, the pass is valid for 1 to 5 respective calendar days: beginning from 12am to 12am on the last valid day.
The pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

How Do I Use My Pass

Your pass gives you access to the activities and attractions mentioned in the list.
Please show the voucher sent by the Turbopass after your booking via e-mail (If you do not receive this e-mail after 12 hours, please check your spam/junk folders).
You will need to select your departure date to ensure that you receive your London City Pass in time before your departure. The headout voucher will not be valid to redeem your entrances and activities.
You can then redeem your pass by simply showing it at the entrance of each attraction to enter or make pre-bookings where required.
