Ticketing for skip the line was very easy. We arrived at the designated location in advance and the representative showed up as scheduled. We waited maybe 10-15 mins. vs. 2 + hours in regular line.

The guide was pleasant and helpful. But the whole thing felt rushed without any real time to absorb each piece. I'm not a huge art fan so didn't think I needed a lot of time but this was too rushed.

The booking website was easy to navigate and is offered in various languages. Several tour start times were offered. I liked that payment, email confirmation, and e-tickets occurred within seconds. Cueing for tours was well-organized w/ many staff members outside to answer visitor questions and keep order. Info indicating where visitors can find your staff outside the venue would be helpful since so there are so many visitors they blocked your signage on tables.

We arrived in Florence without any plan, and. We searched for tickets on civitatis getyourguide without success. We went through the. Museum and the queues were very long, and in the evening I looked for the official site and I found you and there were still tickets, we managed to enter with a little wait for the delay of the Museum and great, the explanation and everything.
