Park Güell Tickets with Audio Guide

The tour and the site itself were superb. Having said that, the meeting point was crowded and poorly indicated on the ticket (the information was only present in the e-mail, and not highlighted), and as the seats weren't loading because of the app, we were refused access. We had to wait for the next visit with a "visit host" (holding a white umbrella), who also refused us access after a 30-minute wait. We were therefore able to visit after waiting for 1.5 hours, having to ask the guide several times.

It was a wonderful experience. The audio guide via the headout app I found very useful and easy to use. The park is truly unique and in every corner there is something special to discover. Gaudi's works and nature blending together. Highly recommended.

The guide was knoledgable and friendly. The tour was interesting. The time at the main square with the famous mosaic was way too short, we did not see anything and took no pictures, and the guide said: come back here after the tour... The guide recommended to enter the empty Henzel and Gretel whitch house. We waited in an extremely long line to enter. There was nothing to see inside, we climbed many stais to see more nothing, then we had no time to go back to the mosaic square.

Beautiful panorama, wonderful discovery of Gaudi's works, possibility of doing almost the entire tour in a stroller if you take the right paths (carrying it 2 times for a few steps). Disappointed not to have been able to access the salamander, the access from the bottom was closed, we were at the end of the visit with three children including a baby we would have had to go back up, it was crowded we gave up. It's a shame we weren't told about it before we left.

The guide was very knowledgeable. It was difficult to know she the fund or guide though. Because headout is an in-between party and headout is not stated anywhere, we just had to ask all the different guides until one of them had our names on a list.

There was beautiful places as parks with sitting arra, We koved the márkát palace, it Will be good music everywhere. Thanks

I liked the self-guided tours, well narrated historical review, with photographic images and videos. As well as the beautiful panoramic views of the lower part of the mountain, the sea coast, the city and the cable cars.

Perfect organization, very good followup before the visit ( detailled map for transport)! Thanks to our guide Gloria the visit was perfect: very interesting and funny!

Internet access is so limited that I spent about 10 minutes downloading the tickets. Inside the park, the same problem persisted and I was unable to download the audio guides. This limited the experience both for me and for the people traveling with me (including the elderly). In addition to the wifi, it was important to have more visual information about the places to visit inside the park itself so that we spend less time trying to find out where a particular attraction is. Thank you.

Our tour guide whose name I believe was Vitalia (see the photo) was superb! He was very informative and knowledgeable. He had nice historical stories about the park

There was little to see. On the ticket says it is €10, but now it is more 12,- because you have to pay it online. It used to be just free, that was better

Although our guide was good and informative; it was frustrating sisnce we had trouble finding the guide as he/tour company were not where indicated. We didn't start on time.

A magical place. The artistic and technical achievements are impressive. The only drawback is the long wait at the guards' house, and the fact that the audioguide is unusable in most places due to a lack of internet connection.

Alberto was amazing. He made sure to tell us all the best spots for photos. It was a very thorough and thoughtful tour that we enjoyed.

I find it unbelievable that in case of delay (even only 5 minutes) you lose the whole ticket. In fact, I do not understand why there is no possibility to enter the park independently and eventually reach the guide.I paid and I miss the explanation! to stay out and lose all that money is absolutely incomprehensible especially since it is a simple park with a more than intuitive path. However the park is nice, 35 euros is too much.

It was too complicated to always start the guide using the park map. So we walked without audio and had a great time...

pas claire sur la reservation, prendre bien avant. Le parc est génial, très beau vaut le coup de la visite etc belle vue

The guide was very informative & had a good sense of humor. Loved learning about the history of the park & the connections to nature. We would not have enjoyed the park nearly as much if we had not had a tour guide & Victor was awesome
