The people at the eye were wonderful, extremely helpful and able to handle a large group with ease. Our group had a great time and it's an awesome experience to see London from that high up.

My daughter flew in from Belfast to visit and we decided to book online for the experience, we could not believe how easy it was to book and the fast track process was very good. Weather threatened to spoil the occasion but held off so that we could view all the sights she wanted to see from up there.

I must have been to the London Eye 4 times already. The view is simply fantastic. You have enough space and it lasts long enough. If you book online in advance, it's less expensive.

The fast track queue was really quick and Security were great too high giving my children and getting us through to the pod as quickly as possible

The London Eye is worth prioritizing on the list of attractions! And buy the fast pass upgrade was worth it. My family loved the birds eye view of all the attractions and monument across the city center that we were going to visit. Also, we had attempted to use other websites to buy these tickets but headout had the best, easy to use platform for purchases. Thanks!

Ticketing was rather easy but you should compare the prices. IT wasn't nessessary to buy fast Track we only stood 20 min in the row before entering Cabin.

The London Eye was amazing! The tickets that were emailed to me and then added to the app I downloaded worked perfect!! Saving a few bucks was also amazing!!

We booked standard tickets for 20.00 & were able to get on a gondola with just a few other people without queuing. It was a really great experience!

I was so glad we got the fast track tickets. We got there just in the nick of time. We were able to show our tickets and got to bypass the long line.

I liked the view at the top and it was for a good duration of time which felt very worth it for the price. The commentary facts about london was also cool. we were in and out nice and fast wouod definitely go again

Although we arrived an hour early, we were allowed to get our tickets straight away and take the Fast Track onto the Ferris wheel. That made us very happy.

It was not clear to me whether I needed to just show the bar code at the entry stiles or get a ticket out of a machine using your app on my phone. The staff at Heathrow didn't know about your app but I figured it out

The speed in the management of the purchase of the tickets and when we went we entered before the hour since we had tickets they made us go in according to order of arrival. So we gained time in our visit to the city...

It was a great view. The priority ticket meant I didn't have to queue for too long. Given the amount of people there, it was very pleasant.

All good, except that I did not understand the setup for seats on Shakespeare theatre. I booked the 12 pound ticket and had to point out the seats on the website. Received a receipt with the Yard, D20, D21, D22. Later, arriving at the venue it turned out that ut was not at all any seats but standing. You could make this easier to understand. Thank you

The ticketing experience was easy and conveniently online. The line moved easily and there was minimal time spent waiting to actually get on the attraction. The ride was spectacular with it's beautiful views! Overall it was a great experience!

Amazing view and setup However highly disappointed with the food on the ground floor. All the food were made in the same oil and the potato fries smelled like fish That was an awful experience for a vegetarian. Hope you look into the matter It's serious
