Guided Tour of Blue Mosque

The tour start seemed unorganized and rather chaotic. Even though participants were required to show up early, at the official start of the tour the guides were still arranging groups. The Blue Mosque tour seemed very superficial, I likely could have gotten the same information from a wikipedia article summary. The Hagia Sofia tour was significantly better. I would have preferred if the email and the important information had contained the info that the audio guide at Hagia Sofia requires headphones, that would have been useful to know ahead of time. (The quality of the guide was poor, but that was no fault of Headout.)

The guides were knowledgeable, accommodating & entertaining. The sites lived up to our high expectations. The organisation was seamless.

Ticketing was fine, our guide was extraordinary, just being inside the blue mosque was magnificent. My earpiece didn't work, but the guide was very helpful and I stayed close to her so that I could hear what was going on. Thanks for a great tour.

Good guidance. Easy booking and clear appointment . Unfortunately the imam was speaking during the explanation so you could hear very little. I would recommend audio guide with headphones.

I liked the insights about the Blue Mosque, but they were not too many. It gets really busy and noisy inside. I would suggest the use of a microphone for the next visits and a skip-the-line agreement.

Great visit of the Blue Mosque with Gamze (sorry if misspelt!) Very clear explanations, Gamze took the time to answer questions and made sure everyone could hear her. She’s clearly passionate about Istanbul and its beautiful monuments ! Highly recommend, we had a great time and the Blue Mosque is absolutely stunning. No guides allowed in Hague Sophia but our guide still took some time to explain a bit and accompanied us to the security entrance.

Pentru prima vizita, programati-va minim 3-4 ore, rabdare multa si bucurati-va de o experienta deosebita, ce nu trebuie ratata. Ideal sa aveti ghid...povestile si detaliile fiecarui, fac diferenta.

The guide very kind and attentive, but his English was incomprehensible. I understand English when spoken clearly but I understood very little of what he said.

To be honest, my partner and I felt a little bit underwhelmed by the tour. We did get to skip the line for the Hagia Sophia, but we got a 10 min briefing before we went in and then as soon as we entered our guide showed us to the audioguide area and left us saying "he wasn't allowed to guide us through" which we saw a sign for, however there were probably 50 groups that we saw that were being guided, so that felt weird. As for the Blue Mosque we could barely hear our guide and we only spent about 15 minutes inside, and it was free entry... So it definitely didn't feel worth €112 for two people. We more or less paid that much for just the Hagia Sophia and a 30 minute tour. Overall it was a fun day though and they are definitely sites worth seeing.

Everything was fine. When we got there they offered us a guide in Spanish although we had hired him in English and we were able to do the visit in our language and in a very small group. Phenomenal

This was good but there was not much tour inside which you can understand as it's still a functional mosque. We spent most of our time in the hippodrome outside.

Eine wirklich interessante und kurzweilige Führung, vor allem weil unser Guide Onur immer mal wieder alltägliche "Funfacts" mit eingebracht hat. Ein Highlight zu einem fairen Preis!

Everything was very organized and you could ask a lot of questions. The mosque is well worth a visit. It's best to go during the week. There is too much going on at the weekend. The tour lasted 30 minutes. Afterwards you still had time to look at the mosque

Our guide was disinterested and unenthusiastic. He did not come to the Hagia Sofia with us because he said guides were not allowed in. There were a lot of people accompanied by guides.

Everything is great, but may be will be good the trip to be finished at 4th court - we were looking for it ;) Enjoyed a lot our tour ! Thank you.

Apparently the tour was planned differently and we were just integrated. After 20 minutes it was all over - a bit expensive for the service! The guide was very eager and it was obviously unpleasant for him to have to get rid of us directly! Not recommended for the price!

The guide was punctual, there is a great coffee place while waiting. Guide was knowledgeable and informative. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Our guide was so enthusiastic and passionate on our tour not only about the Blue Mosque itself but also the history of the city and the symbolism of the muslim faith. A hugely informative, thought provoking and enjoyable tour. We would highly recomend to anyone visiting Istanbul.

You need to keep this guide from Blue Mosque- never let him go. We did 3 tours with your company on the 1 day. This guide was outstanding compared to the others. He has a true love for history. He not only gave info on blue mosque also hagia Sofia and surrounding area. Info on sultans quarantine

The Mosque was extremely busy that day and without headphones, we couldn't hear hardly anything that our guide said. He seemed to be very knowledgeable, however.
