The castle is beautiful, but enjoying it is difficult with the huge number of visitors, people making pictures taking too much time and blocking the views. It's crazy busy on the road to the top. Why not limit transport to busses taking up tourists only?
Also the hiking route was not easy to find from the information office, there was not a good route map for the walk to be found.

We were barred by the local police from going up the street that gave access to the site, and the roundabout we were told to take took more than 45 minutes, making it impossible to get to the palace in time.

Very beautiful palace and also totally the beautiful garden. The trip to the top went well, but the transportation facilities and the palace itself were very crowded, so they should let in fewer people at a certain time so that you can enjoy your time in the palace more instead of constantly waiting to get from one room to another...

The guide for the stadium was great, and the content of the tour was also great. It was a very nice stadium. We visited the field and walked along it.

Tickets were great and readily accepted at every checkpoint. Make sure that you leave lots of time to get to the palace. It took us almost two hours to get to the palace from the train station in Sintra.

The location is superb. The only negative point is that the address given on the ticket booking takes us to the very bottom, which means we have to pay for a tuk tuk or the bus, whereas you can get there by parking higher up.

We had a good guided tour through the stadium & enough time to look around & take pictures!
You can park directly under the stadium for just a few euros.

Benfica stadium tour was great - informative and fun and getting a scarf was a bonus. Good mix of history and photo opportunities. The museum was also fantastic - so many trophies and also interactive elements perfect for kids.

It was nice to take a look behind the scenes. The VR goggles were fun too. The prices for the photos were far too high. We bought a portfolio and wanted a single photo. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible. So this picture was also pointlessly destroyed. Since only 1 or 2 other visitors bought pictures, all the other folders were destroyed. If we were more flexible and a little cheaper, the proceeds would be better overall and the whole thing would be more sustainable.
Otherwise everything was great.

Pena Palace is a bucket list destination, but the huge crowds make it a bit of a turn off. Shuffled from room to room, long lines, not my idea of fun. It's beautiful, but over rated. The grounds are lovely. I found the National Palace more interesting, less crowded.

Good app, easy to use. We bought tickets for Sintra without any problem. There are good alternatives. The good thing is that the tickets are in the app and then if you do not have internet, you can see them anyway. Very practical.

If you have the slightest issue with ambulation, get an Uber to palace, then pay for on site bus up to top!! Very steep hills and uneven pavement!
Get timed ticket ahead of time, and be there at least 30 minutes before set time, very crowded!
We liked inside of palace very much, yes, crowded and moves slowly .. but you have more time to see everything! The palace is magical and is worth the effort.. must be a sunny day!!!!
The gardens are also built into steep hills, so not easy to enjoy. This palace is work!!!

What I liked most was the presence on the pitch.
As for buying a ticket, ok.
What bothered us was that on the day we went for the tour, a Monday, the stadium had an event and couldn't be held, so we returned on Wednesday, which to our surprise also had an event, but on that day the tour started at 2pm. We had to make an appointment for the tour.
On both days there was no notice on the club's website.
But it was nice.

Tickets experience very easy and impressive that can access on App without internet. Palace was very impressive but the queues and congested bus journey do make it a bit arduous, although worth it in the end.

The palace was very interesting. Appreciated the signage throughout. Overall, fairly well organized with spreading out groups based on timeframes

Nothing you could do to make it better. The 5:30 pm entrance schedule is for the palace not the entrance. So, it would have been helpful to be there earlier. -

Beautiful palace, amazing colors and architecture and fully furnished and well cared for inside. Gorgeous, extensive walking trail through the woods and gardens, quiet, contemplative lake. Well worth the uphill journey (take an Uber/taxi or bus (#434) and the tram for the final leg - very steep!).

The booking and notification of ticket order and purchase was good. Clear instructions and notication was given by Headout The Pena Palace experience was exceptionally good and well organised. The entire Sintra experience is slick and helpful to eager tourists.

The Pena palace itself is beautiful, what let it down was quite how many people they push through. It was super crowded
