St. George Castle Tickets with Audio Guide

Had difficulty activating one of our prepurchased tickets at the entrance but the guard let us in. Better signage to castle town would be helpful.

The audio guide tour was constantly interrupted and took a while to reload, by which time we had moved on. With my friend, it suddenly stopped working at all. The directions kept repeating themselves, but it was difficult to find our way around. Overall, the audio guide tour seemed overpriced to us, especially as the entrance fee was not reduced for us as over 65 year olds when booking with Headout, like the normal entrance ticket. You could read up on the facts.

Bravo on ease of purchasing the ticket (I did this while standing in line to buy tickets from an actual human old school). Once the ticket was on my phone in a minute I just walked right through the entrance with the bar code! But then the apps were confusing was I supposed to use headout or clio? The Clio app hung when I tried to download the audio. No one responded to a WhatsApp request for help. I ended up being happy with entry but disappointed I did not get the audio guide. Refund of the audio guide portion would be the right thing to do. Would use you all again.

Guys at the gate were just rude when I had trouble opening my online ticket on my phone. Once in, it was a magnificent structure. I am clarivoyant and it was initially to not see and hear the patrons of the past attempting to gain my attention. They soon settled down and I could focus on the architectureal beauty of the structure.

A fascinating experience considering the logistics of building something of this scale at that time in history. The facility is well preserved and a great place to view the city and enjoy a light meal a Cafe or drink. Really a must see I'm my opinion.

Entering the castle was a huge timesaver from standing in line. The castle view was breathtaking. My kids enjoyed the peacocks. Restrooms well well kept. The only issue was downloading the audio tour prior to the visit. It was resolved immediately with online support.

Incredible place, it is very enjoyable and they make a presentation with an explanation of the use of the periscope created by Leonardo Da Vinci. Online tickets are easy to get on the same day and you avoid waiting in line, which is quite long.

Excelente ! Booked these tickets last minute literally and got Ku tickets fast! Slipped the line and really enjoyed the castle!

We arrived early and cue was ridiculously long with over an hour wait. We ordered tickets and audio online and within 5 minutes received everything on phone allowing us to bypass the cue and walk right in. The site has a great view, nice museum and it was awesome to explore the castle. This was the highlight of our short stay in Lisbon!

Our first day we saw the line to the Castello de S Jorge and were not going to stand on it so we were happy to find your skip the line ticket for the next day. The audio worked very well. The only negative is the multiple steps to download 1 app for tickets and another for audio, but it all worked out fine. What was particularly nice was that the ticket was good at any time and we didn't have to schedule our tour. This was helpful since we were working around the rain.. I would highly recommend.

I enjoyed the historical buildings, stone work and exploring the castle. It was not easy to follow the audio tour. Would recommend either exploring without it or taking the guided tour.

Very happy we purchased our tickets from headout in advance as the line to buy tickets at the castle was very long. It did take us a few minutes to determine where to enter for those who already had tickets. The castle was impressive, but the views from the grounds were amazing.

It was super fast to buy the ticket online and to get in. The cue for buying tickets on spot was really long so it's a great service! The only problem is that you forced me to buy also the guided tour and to spend more because the single ticket were not available, but if you sold the ticket with guide I can't understand why it wasn't possible to buy it without guide.

Ticket experience was easy and was able to easily share the audio with the other person I registered with. History audio was informative, clear and at a good pace.

We purchased tickets with the audio guide. It was a usefool tool and added to the experience. With skip the line tickets there was no wait.

Easy entry and great audio tour. The castle has wifi but a little slow. Just in case you forget to download your audio tour before you arrive.
