Bus ran approx. every 45 minutes, very good and detailed description of the attractions (however, you could not hear the information about the station where you wanted to get off, otherwise you would have missed the exit), possibility to charge your cell phone on the way.

Bus tour as described but no food or drinks were administered, and twice I was changed the day of the tour I had booked due to events in place but they should know in advance so you don't get booked on days when the service can't be effeected, good guide on board I suggest to include Italian language as well

It doesn't seem to me that being in the technological era I have to go to a point to activate my tickets, the points are far away, but that I have to go to the beginning just to give me the tickets seems absurd!

I was searching for the hop on hop off tour bus in Istanbul. After reading several bad reviews, I was worried about wasting a day touring. I am glad I ignored the bad reviews! It was a great experience for my group. And I really liked the bus feature of the retractable roof for the top deck. It really made a difference. Even with the heavy traffic, most of the busses were on schedule. Thank you.

It was a lovely cruise and entertainment not sure about the belly dancing segment was expecting mire belly dancing than hair tossing. This was the meal provided.

online ticketing was excellent, smooth and quick plus I received additional discounts for additional tours. the tour was very good, especially for people with limited time to visit. it was not always clear which buildings the guide was referring to and from the back of the bus it was not always visible. but quite comprehensive

Communication with your ticket office is difficult...The Combo is not good as one can't get any info from the Boat tour from the Bus guys

I booked bus tour and boat tour together. There was the information that boat tour starts at 12 pm, 3 pm and 5 pm. But actually last boat tour left at 4 pm, so we missed our boat tour and lost our money for boat tour.

We saw a lot and understood a lot of interesting facts thanks to the audio guide. You could choose stations and get on and off without any time pressure

It was a great tour to get some history around the major tourist attractions in Istanbul. The Team were very helpful and friendly....

Bought the tickets for 2 online and the bus driver accepted the proof of purchase from my phone. The driver was really driving with caution due to the rain. All were helpful to accommodate visitors. Thanks

Great way to see the city on a sunny and warm day / bud veey nice - just toooo much traffic near your boats / maybe take alternate route?

Stops were interesting. You should add where the location is of each stop by doing the qr code. I am referring to Istanbul hop on hop off bus.

It was a great tour that covered all the iconic places in Istanbul. The Bosphorus boat trip was also very good. It was initially a bit confusing regarding the tickets. The BusForus team didn't seem to recognise the Headout ticket nor Boat trip time and location. I eventually found the Headout kiosk which was tucked away in the grounds of a hotel restaurant about 1/2 kilometer from the bus starting point. All in all it was a great day trip.

1. The guide was fine, worked hard to announce stops etc. No beverage or snack received but was advertised. Not a big deal but if not part of package, don't advertise it. 2. Not able to get on some buses as they were full - had to wait too long for next one. This made it difficult to get off because not sure we could get on again on the next bus so we stayed on. The traffic in Istanbul is a problem - very slow getting to Hagia Sophia - so we got off and walked - couldn't get on bus returning so . . . not the best experience on the "Hop on Off Bus" -

Need plan in advance day before, look map and then go! Good option and many buses,but please in future print departure time shedule on advertise card!

Service was good but the fact that I had difficulty accessing ticket on your website it makes it average which was a little stressful

It would be nice if you could buy the ticket from the driver at the bus stops, without having the need to do it online or at the base that would be in the center in the Sultanahmet neighborhood. For the rest, very good service.

Very easy process to get tickets online. Once you have your confirmation, proceed to the busses. Very easy process once you are there. Find the person in the red shirts and they will help. They scan your ticket, you hop on a bus and enjoy the sights.

Easy to book online, however had to wait sometime before tickets could be printed out resulting in bus leaving without us, so another 20 mins wait, the guides on the bus were either very helpful or indifferent sadly. It was a very hot day so had to ask for some water which was given but never offered any snacks!! Very confusing also where to get back on the bus once you hopped off, clearer signage and timetables would have been useful.
