Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour with Lunch & Hotel Transfers from Krakow Center

Very well organized, except for the bus drop-off, which was not in the same place at the end of the tour. The guide left very quickly and didn't give us a clear idea of where the bus would pick us up. Otherwise, a very interesting and complete tour.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave a clear view of the experiences that occurred at Auschwitz. The tour felt a little rushed and there were no places to rest or read the information posts outside as we kept moving. My mobility is not great so would have been great to have the option to have a buggy to reduce walking time at birkenhau

The experience itself was very rewarding and well executed, the meeting point to find our driver was well indicated and the schedule respected. However, I first had a last-minute cancellation of my first reservation for Saturday, so I had to find tickets urgently before my planned departure date for home, i.e. two days later, which at the last minute is hard to find. I'm still waiting for a refund for my first reservation. As for the second booking, it says that my lunch is included, but on the day there was no lunch box for me. So I'm still not satisfied with the organization of this visit. Best regards Mr Moubeche.

We had no problem with Headout - unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, our pick-up choice and times were changed. (2 hours later)We were allotted places on a coach rather than the proposed minibus, not a problem in itself, but we felt the driver was somewhat pre-occupied. We had booked a packed lunch which we mentioned when she stopped for a break and coffee/something to eat. She had forgotten about it! She did have them on board and we were given them later. Sadly, she was the blot which meant good rather than awesome. The guide (Anna) was excellent.

It was very well organised and very well informed,I would have liked just a little more time to have taken more in and to have read more information but I also understand that it was very busy and it certainly did not take away from my experience.The guide was so helpful and friendly.A very worthwhile visit.

Everything was fantastic! Tour guide was so knowledgeable, my only problem was because our time changed I felt like it was abit rushed

First of all I had booked the field trip in Italian, the day before I was notified that the field trip would be in English. I had booked at 11:30 a.m., the only field trip available was at 6 a.m. I had requested a ham sandwich, was given pan carre with jam. I had requested a ride back to the hotel, was dropped off 2 km away.

The organization of the whole day is excellent, the only jarring note was that having booked the tour with an Italian guide, we were told two days before that it was no longer available and would be in English. Not a small change. Also, the bus does not take you back to the pickup location but you have to be careful to get off at the right stop.

Really nice museum excellent Italian guide, knowledgeable and kind. It really deserves. Less satisfied with the organization. At 4 p.m. a message arrives that the next day's trip from 9 am is moved to 12 p.m. with change of pickup point. Take it or leave it. Obviously there is no choice we take. The day of the tour At 8 am an email arrives to report at 8:50 am to the pickup point (as per the first version.) Get up in a hurry, try to get answers via tel and via wa. Nothing. Rushing to the pickup point(will it be the first or the second? Boh) we run first to one then to the other. No one knows anything. I then ask a guide from another tour who kindly and willingly explains to me that in any case we must listen to the message via wa and not the one via email. At 10 We return and cross our fingers (from wa and tel still no response) In any case very nice tour but better coordination is appropriate. And more communication possibilities.

Minibus pick up & drop off with packed lunch. Guide very good. Hour half at each camp. Found fast paced. A lot of walking. Anyone with mobility issues may find difficult.

The visit at Auschwitz was a bit fast. I wish we had more time to see the museum better, the guide was walking fast and we were a big group

The process was very clear, an all round proffesional impression was given. The sandwiches left a lot to be desired though.

Was a great experience. The bus could have been bigger or more comfortable and the the guides could provide some commentary during the tour but this wasn't offered. Lunch was a nice inclusion but it did not resemble the lunch in the photos on the bus and did not have all the components that it was advertised as having. Overall was a harrowing but important place to visit and the tour itself was excellent.

Thomas was very helpful and informative, nothing was too much. Informative trip from start to finish our guide Margaret was exceptional . We would 100% recommend this company.

The museum itself was very interesting and impressive to see. Unfortunately we were not satisfied with the service provided by the company. The tour was way to hectical and there was little time given to process the tragic things we saw there. Less people per group / per guide would be great to make sure everyone can get their questions answered. The tour is on a too commercial basis, which is sad to see, regarding the sad stories of the place you visit.

The guide was excellent and the place should be visited by everyone. A real punch in the gut. However, there should be more time in each room and especially in birkenau which was too rushed.

Early tour from 11:30 a.m. to 7 a.m., pickup at the hotel did not happen. The tour schedule was disrupted, in return the guide was outstanding.

All went well except the emails sent to thw team before that never answer And then the logistics they mentioned pick up at the hotel and this never happened And was not clear why

Our guide Daniel on the coach was lovely and super helpful. We then had a different tour guide round Auschwitz and Birkenau who was super helpful and really informative. He spoke with so much emotion behind it and it was really moving
