The best thing I ever seen. It's like on album record and even better and the cast and lights are amazing. Every piece of it is breathtaking. Love it!

Very good musical, but the actors are a bit difficult to understand as some have accents. The theater is old but very well maintained, something different.

The show was amazing!!! I had unfortunately a moment of panic in line trying to get into the theater, I thought that head out had emailed me my ticket and when I tried to find it I realized I had to download the app. my phone wouldn't didn't have enough signal to download it, so I felt frustrated for holding up the line, until the ushers kindly took me to the box office to print out the ticket. It would have been really great to have had the tickets emailed to me! Or at least a link where I could upload them online instead of only through the app.

I liked the talented actors and the music. The venue was also well preserved. The ticket, though, was expensive enough regarding the non changing scenes on the background. It was disappointing that the whole musical had the same background. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We loved the performance and theater. We never got our tickets, just a reference number which required going to the will call to look up and print tickets.

I so appreciated the handling of the reservation and the advice provided by app and email updates to make my experience memorable. Having everything in order, once we went through security we were able to get in right away. I purchased this experience for a birthday, the best would have been to do a specially created experience package but really...Highly recommended! I will definitely use it for a future booking

Talk about ticketing made easy! Just walked up to the entrance and showed my receipt and got our tickets. We saw Hamilton. The show was absolutely amazing! The cast was terrific!

Everything!! The venue was beautiful renovated and just gorgeous to walk around inside and experience. The staff were all friendly and helpful. And the performance of Hamilton far exceeded our expectations!!

The play was spectacular. The person's head in the seat directly in front of me made it difficult to see. Also seatmate was on her phone and talked with her seatmate throughout performance. I've never had such a bad theatre experience and in no part due to the performance.

Amazing theatre with great staffs. The show exceeded all my expectation! Only one bad thing was the seat, it was too crammed for bigger-sized people for sure.

We loved Hamilton. The app was easy-peasy to use, the staff was incredibly helpful, the theater was gorgeous and clean, and the actors were amazing! My only question, as an American who used to go to Broadway when I lived in the States, is why no one stood to applaud the actors' performance at the end of the play to show their appreciation?

I booked several months in advance. The seats were great, the theater was first class, and the play was excellent. It worked as it was supposed to work. Order on line, receive electronic tkts on line on phone. Go to theater, no fuss, correct seats and scan of phone tkts was flawless.

Best Hamilton ever! Ticketing was a breeze. All in all, quite memorable an experience. Headout made everything smooth and efficient and friendly. Boffo, mates!

The whole show was amazing and getting some autographs after just topped the day off: it was my daughters 19th and one of the cast sang happy birthday afterwards- so so special especially as my dad is seriously ill and I was determined to take her mind off this and give her a special day: I'd love to thank him again somehow

Everything went smoothly both buying tickets and receiveing tickets. The show itself was great, loved every bit of it. Would like to come again :-)

It was a FABULOUS show. Our seats were wonderful (center), and the acoustics were excellent. We would come to this theatre again, and I highly recommend Hamilton.

The performance itself was really special! The only negative point is the legroom in the seats, which are quite small and short.

We didn't know the story too well and really enjoyed how it was told. The music was a fantastic way to tell the story. The head ou system was very easy to use.

Performance and service there was impeccable, but forcing me to download the headout app just to see the ticket is highly frustrating, will not use it again, will book next time through someone who can just send them to my email as a pdf.

Ticketing was simple, all notifications were clear, good that the tickets are available offline in the app. We all loved the show. The music was great, the performer of the King was superb.
