The tour guide Marek was brilliant. He had excellent knowledge of both Auschwitz and Berkanau and delivered in a genuine/authentic way. Give that guy a raise.

I received no notification to say that the tour time had changed from 6.30 to 4 am. Then we were told that there was no guarantee that we were going to get in. This is why we had to go so early so we could stand in a line for 2-3 hours. When I purchased this ticket i assumed that meant that we had a ticket and a time. No where was it written that we needed to leave before daylight and queue in a line with no guarantee. There is no way in Australia that this would be allowed. I was lucky that I had an international phone and I contacted the tour company and they arranged for me to do the tour on the following day. As I arrived at the pickup place at 6.30. We then were sent in a taxi to the salt mine. We advised them when the tour started and they arranged for a taxi to pick us up. The trouble was that the location that the taxi was waiting for us was unknown to us as we were tourists. We walked around trying to find where it was. We had to ask for directions from police. To me there should of been someone from the tour company with us until we were picked up.

Everything was perfectly organized. Daniel excellent took care of a small problem with the name of the ticket. Excellent guides at both Auschwitz & Salt Works. Change in departure time but better because you get back earlier.

Transportation and tour were fine, we had a nice lunch and the salt mine tour is wonderful! The only thing is and I warn you... They will change the hour of the tour on the day before, depending on their needs, so be prepared! Mine was schedule for a 7h15am pick up, but we were told the day before around 5pm that we ahould be ready for a 6h25am pick up. So, make your plans accordingly to not miss Auschwitz and the salt mine, both really worthy excursions!

the ride to each location was quite smooth( which was great. Our guide handled the ticket gathering and the organization of each language group with their main tour guide for the locations. My guide was fantastic. She was well-versed in the history but also passionate, ensuring the tour visitors (like myself) understood the impact of Auschwitz and Birkenau. The Birkenau trip did get cut short, which was a bit disappointing, due primarily to a long line to get into the first museum/Auschwitz, but perhaps that was the museum itself. The salt mine tour guide was also amazing! Unfortunately I forget her name, but she made funny jokes and gave us plenty of time to look around at each stop on the tour. Overall, a great and informative trip! I have not added photos of Aushwitz/Birkenau in respect of the victims and families.

1. the driver of the minibus was very nice. 2. the tour guide of Auschwitz-Birkenau is a very knowledgeable person and he described both the tour of the museum and the walk through Birkenau very impressively. 3. the salt mine is very impressively prepared. my friends and I were very surprised to find a church in the mine ourselves. this guide also led the tour very well. Thank you very much.

Everything was very well organised and on time. Our guides at both Aushwitz and the Salt Mines were excellent. Not much more you can ask for really.

The guides we had at Auschwitz-Birkenau and at the Salt Mine were both really good. Suzanne at Auschwitz was very clear and interesting and had a really good tone that suited the somber topic. In contrast at the salt mine our guide was humerus with her delivery but still very informative. Unfortunately we were late being picked up in the morning. These things happen but don't say it's traffic when it's because the driver hadn't turned up to work. Standing outside in the sleet at 6am for an hour wasn't the best start to the day. Also 8 people in the minibus was a little uncomfortable if you had to sit in the front.

The trip was all a bit rushed. Our timings were moved from 8.30am to 6.05am to start with which left no time for breakfast and no time was made by the organisers in allowance of this. Over the course of the trip we were rushed from venue to venue with no real time made for food break given the length of the trip and the fact we started earlier. Everything else was as expected.

The Wieliczka Salt Mine is an impressive site. I was amazed by knowing that all the beautiful art sculpted in salt was made by the workers in the mine. Visiting Auschwitz and Birkenau, guided by a knowledgeable person, was an unforgettable experience. Only being there to feel. Both tours could have been a better experience if the guide in the bus could use the travel time to tell us more about the places we were travelling through. His function was basically a "head counter".

When booking the guided tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Wieliczka salt mine, it was possible to select the lunch option. After the visit to the Wieliczka salt mine we had lunch time, it turned out that it was not possible to find the guide, and he delivered lunch when we returned to the bus to leave for Auschwitz-Birkenau, this after lunch time. I don't recommend this option, because it's cheaper if you buy lunch in a store. In relation to the Auschwitz-Birkenau guide, the way he spoke did not facilitate understanding. He spoke very quickly (almost without breathing) and then paused and started again. I confess that I was looking forward to this visit but in fact the guide was not the best, gloomy and very distant, I had no luck!

Pick up and transfer was very good. The Salt Mines are a must see, a great experience. The Church is awesome. Auschwitz a sad reminder of the evil of war. May the souls of all those who perished there Rest in Peace. The tour guides were brilliant, very informative and willing to answer questions.

The Venues and the tour guides were very good and knowledgeable, a memorable day. however, the transport seemed rushed, not great communication what to do regarding meeting times, also driving from Krakow collection point to the salt mine and then back into Krakow to collect more passengers to then travel all the why out to Auschwitz seemed a wasted 1hr. Overall a good day for the money spent.

The guide (auschwitz) had a nice voice, easy to understand, but it was overcrowded, he seemed to be in a hurry and left us really fast in birkenau The guide in the saltmine seemed like a statue telling her text, not very sympathic
