Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour with Hotel Transfers from Krakow Center

At the beginning we were very confused, as we had booked a pick-up at the hotel at 10.00 am and received a WhatsApp the day before that we should be at a meeting point. At 5.45 am! In retrospect, this was a very good decision. However, customers should be informed of this at the time of booking or shortly afterwards. We had booked a tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau. It was perfectly organized, from the journey in the air-conditioned minibus (approx. 1 hour and 10 minutes), to the German tour guide on site, who imparted a lot of knowledge to us with her calm and very friendly manner. Many thanks again at this point. When we started our return journey, we knew why our booking had been brought forward 4 hours. The parking lot was overcrowded with coaches, people without end. A guided tour like the one we had would not have been possible under these circumstances. What we personally found very unfortunate was that almost none of the participants thanked the bus driver or the tour guide with a tip. Of course the excursion was paid for, but if you liked something you should reward it accordingly. That is part of good manners. Our verdict: UNCONDITIONALLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The experience of visiting Auschwitz and Birkenau was something not to miss, but we felt the tour guide was a little too quick and there was little time for contemplation or too feel the extreme importance of the place we were in.

Visit with a guide who speaks our language, very informative and interesting! Highly recommended. Everything went very smoothly.

Change of tour from French to English, departure at 10.30am to 6.10am. We had to ask for a price reduction because the French tour was more expensive than the English one (we're still waiting).

We booked our trip at rather short notice but was lucky to get a space, and the overall experience was very good! Picked up from a convenient location in the city centre and very efficient transfers, plus the team were responsive to some questions we had before the trip. Our guide around the sites was very knowledgeable and informative, and helped to make the overall experience very worthwhile.

We expected a guided tour of less than 10 people. At the Auschwitz entrance our group had been joined with another group. We were 27 people all together. As a result, the distance between us and the (good) guide was too far and audio quality was not stable. It was not possible to ask questions.

It is a good opportunity to visit a.sitio.no q run you do not make films to enter. The staff was friendly, correct and impeccable punctuality. The guide explained everything very well and was open to answer questions. A nice group all easy and organized pace.

The overall experience was very good at Auschwitz, however, the transfers were poor. Start time was delayed by 2 hours, when on the bus the guide only spoke German, so when arriving at the venue you had no idea where to go. The tour itself was quite rushed as there is so much to see, however, there was a lot of time spent waiting to start the tour I felt this could have been smoother allowing more time at the camp museum.

Everything was very well organized, from the transfer to the tour of the camps. Our guide was passionate and explained the history of the camps very well, taking the time to answer all our questions. The visit was very moving, and it's a real duty to remember the atrocities that were committed there.

The ticketing experience was easy, good communication, pick up time spot on, outside our accommodation, the same with drop off, our driver Peter was class. The tour of Auschwitz was good, obviously depressing. All I all a good experience. Many Thanks

We did not get anything to eat even if was to be included. We asked and they had a bag for guests. But it was never given. Not allowed to eat in the bus. We arrived back in Krakow starving. Also paid for hotel pick up but got message to go to pick up point as could not pick up at hotel. Did not drop us at hotel either. Exebition and guide was good

The tripe was very good, both the driver and guide were skilled and nice. The organising of the tripe before though was horrible: the time was chance by the locale operator and no one could tell me the new time. When I contacted Headout, the promised to help me within 48 hours, but I never heard from them again. Very nerv vreching! Luckily the tour was good.

Hello We were interested and informed before the visit, but the guide's explanations didn't do us much good. There were 3 of us and we all had the feeling that it was impossible to pay our respects. The visit was too quick. We felt like voyeuristic consumers of a tourist product. The victims deserve better. Moments of pause and contemplation would have been necessary to link the past to the present, to connect with the place, to speak to the victims in our hearts. Thank you for taking care of this place, so that we don't forget.

Organizzazione efficace anche se con qualche piccolo slittamento su tempi (legati verosimilmente alla disponibilità dei biglietti di ingresso). Organizzatori comunque presenti sia con messaggi via whatsapp che personalmente ed in grado di risolvere prontamente piccoli inconvenienti. Nel complesso buona esperienza

Nous avons été pris en charge à l hôtel pour nous rendre ensuite à Auschwitz Birkenau. Notre guide était très à l écoute et nous a donné toutes les explications nécessaires . Journée très prenante émotionnellement.

Nous avions payé pour une visite guidée en français et nous eu une visite en anglais. Difficile de comprendre les explications du guide. De plus la visite a été très très expéditive. Bref pas terrible.

la visite était intéressante, mais il est dommage de ne pas avoir eu plus de temps ou répartis de façon équitable entre les deux, car la deuxième partie était trop rapide, et même pas 10 minutes pour rester seul… Il est à noter quand même un désagrément, la veille avec le changement, à la dernière minute la veille programmer deux heures plus tard ..

Non trovo corretto proporre un'ampia scelta di orari e lingua per poi addurre cause di forza maggiore e raggruppare i clienti italiani e farli partire alle 6:10. Molto disponibile la guida!
