Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour with Transfers from Meeting Point & Optional Lunch

Well organized It's a shame to have had to change the timetable at the last minute (from a 9 a.m. meeting point to a 6 a.m. one) without explanation. The guide we had was wonderful, with a great knowledge of history and a lot of empathy, which made this moving visit easier.

Very good organization, good guides to pick us up in Krakow (good basic English), the guides speak English from the beginning. We took the guided tour in French, which was very good, the guide was top notch.

The driver picked us up on time and gave us an excellent explanation of the process. The journey went without a hitch. We were driven to the museum and then picked up again and taken back to Birkenau. The lunch on offer (which we didn't choose) included 2 seasam rings (which are also sold on the market square for 3.50 Ztl) & an apple. This should cost 40 Ztl from the vendor. This is not recommended. There is also a store on site that provides food and drinks. I would recommend taking something with you! The visit was well worth it! Highly recommended!

Great experience, well-made bus, not too many organizational problems, great guide! I only don't recommend the meal, as the sandwich is very small.

I liked the organization. I only had doubts about it when I received the text message "SuperKrakow". As I had made the reservation 2 months ago, the name surprised me and I thought it was a joke or a scam.

Well-organized overall for shuttle transportation and meals. However, the tour is too fast-paced, with too many tourists in one group. This prevents us from experiencing and remembering this pivotal period in history. It would be preferable to slow down the pace of the tour, in order to absorb the difficult atmosphere. In addition, it would have been interesting to recontextualize certain moments in the tour.

The guide was very good, although in certain places the audio was cut off. What I didn't like is that they changed the tour schedule twice, and I had to reschedule.

Our guide Eva, the driver Pawel and your colleague explained everything excellently. Super Unfortunately, our lunch boxes were canceled at short notice because we didn't pay on the same day, which was a bit of a shame, although we had confirmed that we would take them. Positives: upstream organization and transport. Negatives: we got our meals at 4pm between the 2 camps, with the remark that it was up to us to ask for them... The toilets at Auschwitz are too small for women...always the same. The guide didn't "get us into the swing of things", and I think a paper guide would have sufficed. Given the difficulty of finding a French guide...I'm sorry. Finally, she pointed out that we wouldn't be able to see the men's barracks because we hadn't chosen the right ticket...great...we didn't know...no information except for an error on your site. In short...disappointed

The Guide and the driver were excellent and very informative. Birkenau involved a lot of walking which was quite challenging for older people and those with mobility issues. Buggies would be a welcome addition.

L'organisation était carré mais surtout la guide traductrice en Français était géniale ! Par contre très déçu de l'option déjeuner, une lunchbox à 9€ avec un petit pain une tranche de jambon et des crudités... une gaufrette au chocolat une pomme et une bouteille d'eau...que l'on vous donne à 15h30 au lieu de vous la donner dans le bus pour la manger a 11h30 sur le trajet qui dure 1h, je rajoute que vous devez la finir en moins de 10 min chrono... bref prenez un sandwich dans l'automate en arrivant à auschwitz.

The guide is nice and instructions are clear. However, the English is a little bit hard to understand. It would be better to shorten the waiting time between visiting 2 campsites.

Prise en charge à un point de rdv et non à l'hôtel comme prévu. La veille, l'agence vous propose un service lunch à 9€ par personne, même si ce n'était vraiment pas terrible, nous vous recommandons de le prendre car la journée se fait de manière très/trop rapide avec très peu de pause et le sentiment que l'on nous presse un peu/bcp. Concernant les visites elles-mêmes, la guide francophone était assez bien, l'audioguide pour la 1ère partie ne fonctionnait pas bien, des grésillements qui faisaient perdre quelques informations essentielles. Visite très rapide, nous aurions aimé avoir un peu plus de temps sur chaque site afin de s'arrêter, prendre le temps de la mesure de ces événéments traumatisants, de réflechir. Certains blocs n'ont pas été visités mais l'essentiel a été vu. Visite à ne pas rater car essentielles à un séjour à Cracovie. On en sort pas indemne. Nous étions avec nos enfants de 10 et 13 ans et cela n'a pas posé aucun problème mais nous les avions préparé avant.

We were told that we needed to be ready at 04:00am instead of 09:30am. Once at the museum the lady in charge of the tour said that she had always managed the tickets in a certain way and "today the museum changed the rules". What happen was that we were supposed to make a queue early to get the tickets but her plan was to get them on a side, of course the museum asked us all to make the line, but by that time the line was already too long. Instead of taking the 08:30am tour we had to wait until 11:45am. The place has limited food and beverages and we had to wait in the sun for time to pass (while being picked up at 04:00am, meaning we had to go with no breakfast and wake ip at 3am) Once the tour started it was a very emotional and solemn experience. I recommend it, just make sure to watch the dates and who you choose to manage your tour and experience.

visita completa Aunque no demasiado ordenada. Nos habian dicho que llevmos comida o le spidamos a ustedes por x valor pero nunca nos dieron ni 20'para comerla. Cuando bajamos del micro, no nos pegaron los stickers de color para saber a que grupo pertenecemos

I have booked a visit to 10:05am and 1 day before you send me a mail saying that i need to be at the meeting point at 5:40am.... The visit starts many time before...

Deu tudo certo. Desde a compra dos ingressos, a pontualidade e toda a atenção do motorista/guia. E ele ainda voltou para me buscar porque me perdi do grupo! Super recomendo.

The experience was great. But at the last minute they changed the time of the tour and we lost the day we had planned. We had tickets for another place in the afternoon and with the change of time of the tour we lost it. The guide was very good and the tour was great. But they upset my plans at the last minute.

Good guide, her explanations were very good. Pleasant transport and welcome. The lunch pack was not included in the purchase, but this was not explained clearly enough, in my opinion, in the purchase description. I asked the organizer about this, and she explained that we could add a lunch pack order with her, which we didn't do in the end. The toilets in Birkenau, where we took our two breaks, are not free.

It was superbly organized from start to finish. Only negative point: lunch was given to us at 3:30 pm. But overall it was really great The French interpreter was great.
