Easy to use, friendly staff. Only improvement would be to announce bus stop number as approaching as couldn't always see or tell if arrived at a stop or stopped in traffic

The staff were very friendly and well informed. Great for getting a good overview of the city and handy for seeing the main sights.

The route, frequency of buses, audio guide (earphones provided on the bus upon request), ability to get on and off at every stop; very nice experience.

Being able to sit while seeing the whole city of Barcelona and overall it was a great experience. Some of the buses earplugs didn't work. The wait time to get on the bus was sometimes long.

I was expecting a live person giving the fun facts like we had in Philly. Audio tour was okay but a lot of music playing where there could have been more history. Also waited for a bus for a looong time near the Castle / Miró museum.

We loved the whole tour, the stops were perfect on time and maybe as a comment in case of rain there should have a better plan in order to cover ourselves

The descriptions about the scenes was excellent. Highly recommend this tour. The disappointment was several plug receivers were blocked and we could not listen to the audio on several busses. Seems like plugs were ripped out and stuck inside. With full bus at each stop we could not move to another seat for several stops. Wish we had time to take the second bus to the west since we have not been to that part of the city. We love taking these city tours.

The top (open) deck was full which meant sitting inside, however there wasn't any air ventilation and the temperature was unbearable. We ended up getting off before the end of the tour as we couldn't stay in the heat any longer sadly.

For a trip of just two days, the city bus was very practical, allowing us to see all the most beautiful spots. Barcelona being a huge city, we couldn't have discovered it all on foot. 2 city buses available for 2 different parts of the city, each lasting 2 hours and with explanations in your language. You can get off the bus whenever you want and take the next one with the same ticket. Ticket 24 or 48 h.

Easy to book on internet, people ( employees) are very friendly. One tip, we had rain, the chairs were wet. Is should be very thoughtfull if the chairs can de made dry.

Nice staff despite extreme rush at the beginning. OK for weekends and sunshine. Audio informative. For a very good the wifi on board is missing.

Great experience. The stops in most important places in the city. The queues are long and although the bus is not full they don't let you get in as they need to leave spaces for next stop which makes the waiting even longer. A good trip though.

I liked the route, but unfortunately you can't see some of the landmarks from the bus. There are often trees in front of them. When you get off the bus, you often have to pay an entrance fee at the sights. I would have liked a note on the ticket so that you don't get off for nothing. Otherwise, nice explanations in the respective language. Friendly staff. It is difficult when it rains, even if the roof is closed on the upper deck, you get soaking wet at the "window seat". Maybe there is a rain cape for these days? Would have been great.

Judging by some of the comments, I was a little worried... but frankly everything went really well. I ordered 3 tickets for a tourist bus in Barcelona valid for 24 hours, and received the voucher 1 hour later by e-mail. As the message said, I presented the voucher to the driver at Plaça Catalunya, who gave me my tickets... and we used them from Thursday lunchtime until Friday lunchtime, i.e. 24 hours... in short, a successful experience for us👌

Bought the ticket online. I was in Barcelona for one day and it was a great way to see the city. Comfortable and relaxing. Took both routes which I recommend.

The bad thing: low availability of buses, if you were lucky you had a seat at the top, very long lines in typical places. The good thing: the tour

Upstairs it was sometimes dangerous as tree branches came against us when not expecting it. Should be somehow more protected.

The bus is a good compromise for visiting as many things as possible, but even with a reservation, we queued for more than half an hour under the sun, so we were really disappointed. On the other hand, the bus experience wasn't bad. Parc Güell, not particularly interesting, to do because iconic but personally I found it not terrible. You can't eat or drink in the park, and you can't go out again, otherwise you're out for good. In short, under the heat, it's not great either. There are millions of things to do in Barcelona rather than this. But the bus is a good compromise.

Everything 😁😁😁😁😁it was so great. Got to see 2 goals from Pedri as I missed most of the first half.
